When I apply it looks white and seepy, after it diminishes the skin has yellow scales and a bite lumpy (very small)...when it is moist & seepy, is that the way it is supposed to look?

The Post Procedure Ointment should have a petroleum feel. The yellow scales are a result of immediate healing on the wound. Once you have completed the Post Procedure, please try Donell Correction Cream for more unbelievable results.
